All programs require a 3-month minimum commitment. New contracts are subject to a clean-up fee depending on the condition of the pond. Water features deeper than 2.5 feet may incur additional charges. Rates vary with feature size; taxes not included. We use natural, fish-safe treatment products, but we cannot warranty the health of fish.
Something Not Working Right?
Leaks, dead pumps, clogged filtration, murky water, or a feature that just isn't running the way it used to: we diagnose and repair water features of all kinds, including ones we didn't build.
We also handle upgrades, like adding lighting, an autofill, a dosing system, or expanding an existing pond or waterfall. Diamond plan members get 20% off upgrades.
